The course Information Systems Management is the voluntary course for all faculties at the University of Economics, Prague. In the same time it is offered to exchange students from other countries and universities who are interested in studies at our university.
The course has free main topics:
- To discuss and explore management actions which can increase probability that IS/IT will add value to business
- To improve student´s ability to present their knowledge in English and perhaps to update the specialized vocabulary from the area of IS/IT
- To meet fellows from different countries and to exchange mutual opinions over different aspects of their studies and lives.
Owing to the limited size of the course and different level of student´s IS/IT knowledge, the text book provides only the general introduction to the complex problem of IS/IT management. Then there is the space for more detailed discussion within the practical part of the course.
